We're Hiring: Badminton Assistant Coach
Location: 7 Sports Academy (Anand)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Badminton Assistant Coach to join our academy in Anand. The ideal candidate should have strong coaching experience and the ability to assist in training players professionally across different age groups and competitive levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting daily practice sessions
- Support the Head Coach in planning and executing training programs
- Prepare fitness and skill development drills
- Provide technical and tactical guidance to players
- Assist players in preparing for tournaments and competitions
- Maintain discipline and ensure professional training standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of coaching experience
- Strong technical and tactical knowledge of badminton
- Experience handling both group and individual coaching sessions
- Ability to train competitive-level players
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Dedicated, punctual, and professional attitude
